Refund Policy

30-DAY WARRANTY POLICY

All our items comes with a 30 calendar days warranty of the order's delivery. 

If your order does not match the description, if the product arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the order's delivery. We will send you a replacement product.

Please send us the pictures or videos of the product together with the proof of purchase to our email: support@quozia.com.

We will make sure your issues get solved quickly.

If the product is out-of-stock or no longer available, we will refund your money back to your account within 48 hours.

This policy does not cover accidental damage, water damage or any other abuse.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our product warranty lasts 30 calendar days after order's arrival. Once those 30 days have gone since the order's delivery, we are no longer be able to offer you a return or refund.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us at support@quozia.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, healthcare). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours after the order's payment. We will refund your money back to your account within 48 hours.
